Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We strictly prohibit:
- Any content, communication, or behavior that promotes or depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
- Solicitation of minors in any form.
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Violations will result in:
- Immediate account termination.
- Removal of offending content.
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities.
Reporting & Feedback
Holding Hands provides an in-app reporting tool that allows users to:
- Report users or content violating these standards.
- Raise safety concerns.
- Submit feedback about platform behavior.
Reports are reviewed promptly by our safety moderation team.
Response Protocol
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAE content, Holding Hands will:
- Remove the content without delay.
- Restrict or ban the associated account.
- Notify the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authority, in compliance with applicable child safety laws.
Legal Compliance
We comply with all child protection laws and regulations relevant to our jurisdiction and platform operations. Our moderators are trained to recognize, assess, and escalate reports of abuse in a timely and responsible manner.
