HoldingHands.com Terms of Use Agreement

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HoldingHands.com (the “Site”) and our services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right and capacity to enter into this Agreement to use the Services. You represent that you have not been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense and are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.

  1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:  

  • Create only one unique profile.
  • Not include any contact information (phone numbers, addresses, email, etc.) in your profile or public communications.
  • Not use the account of any other user.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  1. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content and information you post on the Site (“User Content”). You grant HoldingHands.com a license to use your User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Services. You agree not to post any content that:

  • Is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes hatred or discrimination.
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains personal information of others without their consent.
  • Is spam or promotes illegal activities.
  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services.
  • Collect or solicit personal information from minors.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Services.
  1. Paid Services

If you purchase any Paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel them before the end of the current term. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  1. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. HoldingHands.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site. We are not responsible for the conduct of any users.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoldingHands.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.  

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with HoldingHands.com, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.  

  1. Termination

HoldingHands.com may terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your account at any time.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and HoldingHands.com regarding your use of the Services.
